I really don't know why the police who protects us & puts their lives on the line everyday have to beg to for a raise! Ridiculous!! They should be the first to get a pay increase along with the other first responders!

I believe that our police force deserve more pay!!! They put their life on the line for us everyday and ask nothing in return! The least we could do is give them some comparable pay to keep them here protecting my family and yours!

Richmond is a growing city. There is no reason we shouldn't assume that our police force doesn't need to grow at the same rate. These men & women deserve to have the backup necessary to keep the city as well as themselves safe.
