I have been hearing from so many of you who are struggling to cover your basic bills after these sudden hits to your paychecks. I am currently gathering all of your stories to present to management so they can see the human impact of these cuts.

Seeing this level of support for my colleagues brings me a lot of hope. We started this because these pay cuts are hurting our families and it is clear we are not alone in this fight.

On top of pulling this, they also aren’t acting in accordance with MGL c. 149, sec 148C and it’s associated CMR 940CMR 33.00 et seq - Earned Sick Time.
I just got a call from my recruiter about this, and i even told her that's a huge pay cut and told her I will get back to her if I am still willing to work. Madeline you have been amazing. I 100% support all your terms. Thank you so much for having our back even though you are already almost out the door.
We need at least a 30 day notice not immediately.

This is a pandemic and you are turning to pay cuts instead of layoffs. This isn’t fair, we are putting ourselves at high risk daily. Some of us spend more time at work than at home. I am in agreement with the terms with this petition.
