This is a home away from for our dog

We have been taking our dog to board there 3-4 times a year for 3.5 years now. They have been amazing with our dog. They have continued to make improvements to their business and they are so good at what they do. The property is always clean and organized. The area is safe, and it is never loud when we do of our pick up. We support them remaining open and keeping their business where it is while they find a new location.

Dog boarding businesses play a vital role in our community and I urge that Pawsitively Purr-Fect Pet Sitting & Boarding, LLC to continue to operate in their current location. First and foremost, dog boarding businesses provide essential care for pets when their owners are away. This service allows pet owners to travel for work or leisure with peace of mind, knowing their dogs are in a safe and nurturing environment. Such businesses ensure that pets receive proper attention, socialization, and exercise, which is crucial for their well-being. We have been life-long residents of Hanover County and have tried multiple dog boarding solutions over the years. All of the other options have not met our expectations. After our dogs stayed at other places, I found they often did not know which dog was which, allowed them to stay after showing illness symptoms, and frequently returned them sick. Pawsitively Purr-Fect Pet Sitting & Boarding, LLC, enables us to take vacations, travel for work, attend community events, and volunteer in the community and schools by taking care of our fur babies when we will be gone for extended periods of time. They get to know each of our dogs, adapt to help each one feel comfortable and give them the care they need, maintain a high level of cleanliness, and keep a focus on maintaining high health standards. I have had social dogs, shy dogs, small dogs, and big dogs of mine stay over the years and they always take the best care of them and specifically address each one individually. I have always noticed how friendly the neighborhood is and I rarely see more than one other car on the road. I think the driveway configuration is considerate of neighbors as it ensures drivers are not congesting the road waiting to drop off or pick up. I also always notice when visiting how minimal any dog noise is as well. They have invested significantly to ensure a clean and maintainable environment - from a turf solution, upgraded kennels

Please let them to keep operating in their current location.

Pawsitively Purr-Fect Pet Sitting and Boarding is a unique service for owners looking for a more personalized situation when they need to leave their pets for the day or a week or two. It’s so reassuring to know the owners are available day or night and to watch over our beloved pets and not left for hours on their own locked up. Please give them the time they need to relocate and stay open.

Granting more time to relocate this family business is a reasonable request I support. Imagine having built a successful clientele, providing exceptional pet care and being forced to close your livelihood and move. They are trying to make life decisions that cannot be made lightly. Please help and support them, and show the spirit of independence for small business owners that Studley and Hanover promote. It is the best way for all concerned.
