Activist judges that violate constitutional law need to be removed from the bench and possible charges of obstruction need to be files against them. That goes the same for any that believe there are limits to the 2nd amendment which clearly states Shall Not Be Infringed. Uhh and judges that believe that the founding fathers did not realize what modern and future weapons maybe like, know this that the colonists had 5he same firearm as the British army, and the founding fathers talk about equality of all men (people) so why would they believe that citizens should have less rights than the government unless the founding fathers wanted subjects or slaves. They wanted all people to have the same power and rights and that way we would succeed or fail but we would be equal. And yes many of the founders were against slavery and believed all men included them.
