Politics is our life. But when politics seemingly wrongfully influence obvious bad decisions, steps should be taken to protect the law. The law that is written, not interpreted! Impeachment seems to be the logical conclusion seeing that the Judge should have knowingly recused herself given her known political connections. Our country must return to the rule of law without exception.

We can longer afford our judges breaking the very laws they are sworn to uphold. Judge Kimba Wood needs to not only be immediately removed from the bench, but to also never be placed again.

Judge Wood may have broken the federal law codified by 28 U.S.C. § 455(a), which requires any federal judge to “disqualify himself [or herself] in any proceeding in which his [or her] impartiality might reasonably be questioned. For the love of Democracy, please remove this judge!
