We, the passionate supporters of the Melbourne Football Club, can see a bright future for the club in your capable hands and we want you to commit to five years in the coaching role. In this short time, we can see what a difference you have made but we are also worried. You have begun to guide the club down the right path but we need time. Bluntly, we need your time. A transition to another coach will be, in the best case scenario, a set back for the club. Worst case - yet another rebuild. It's been 50 years since we won a premiership but we believe that if you committed to five years, we could make history and claim another!
