My parents were born in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. They emigrated to the US and provided us with many opportunities through their sacrifices. Mr. Gallagher gave the ultimate sacrifice....his life.

Very touched/moved by Irish Echo's JAN 4-10, 2017 account of Corporal Gallagher's Vietnam duties, followed by Supreme Sacrifice of his still young life.......Our paternal grandparents emigrated from what appears to be the same region of Co. Mayo.......My high honor & privilege to cyber-sign & support this most worthy cause!
