A cheating woman who lies to her husband about him being the father of her children should not be rewarded by making the non biological father pay child support. The man that is responsible for fathering the child should be the one who is responsible for child support. The courts already favors the mother in divorce and this ludicrous law punishes those who in blind faith believed that the children were his. This law also targets men only and women should be held accountable for their actions.

No one should ever be forced to pay for a child who they did not know wasn't theirs.... there should be a way to make a balance!

Thomas is a family friend and a great person. He loved this child and the fact that the mother did this knowing that he was not the father is horrible. Especially since she is trying to get even MORE money out of him. Children are more than a monthly check. It should be the biological fathers responsibility.
