This law need to be changed! It's isn't fair for people who are tricked into these situations! This law is now allowing people to get away with fraud basically!

If a couple are legally separated and the woman goes out and get pregnant the man should not be responsible just because a divorce wasn't final.

Sad when you can't trust your spouse anymore...he shouldn't have to pay her a penny...let the real dad take care of his child...or her since she felt the need to cheat

no person should ever be forced to pay child support when the paternity test comes back that they are not the father. The only time that should ever happen is if the child was a legally adopted by the father.
