What difference length of time. If u didnt find out ur spouse was cheating until a few yrs down the line why should u be punished

I wish you didn't have to pay it's wrong. Also I kinda know how you feel my ex husband has custody of my kids that are not his he knows that but I have to pay him child support the system is messed up

This is crap, he believed this child was his then finds out it wasn't. The biological father is responsible for sleeping with this woman. Isn't he suffering enough finding out he really doesn't have a child and that his wife cheated on him. No he shouldn't be responsible, The mother should be held accountable and should go after the bio father unless she doesn't know who he is. If not oh well, that's her problem. For Okla to state 2 yrs. from birth, that is wrong in so many ways. The mother frauded this man allowing him to think this child was his.

No one should have to pay child support if the child is not there flesh and blood unless they have been adopted. Making someone pay support for another person's child is wrong!!
