This bs law needs done away with!

This out landish for having someone pay for a child that is not his! By no means should this guy pay! If it was his kid I have no problem him paying! The state of Oklahoma penalized a guy for not getting a test done after two years! Cmon! This is true greed by all parties involved!! Once the law changes Thomas should get reimbursed from the state for an assinine law!

My son is going through a night mare right now with this plus the fact he is a man. He pays and receives child support but doesn't get a penny that is ordered to him. If he is a couple days late they will put him in jail???? What is fair?

One should not have to pay for a child who is not theirs...nibidy what the dumbass lawmakers say!!

My husband deals with an PA ex-wife every single day of his life. He fights every single day to see his children. The court is flawed when it comes to family law. I hope you make a change. I hope you get this ridiculous law changed, against people like her, and my husband's ex-wife.

Paternity has been proven. No one should be forced to pay for a child that is not theirs.

I think this is unfair! What IS fair is that once a father is found that he ISN'T the biological father, the mother should be jailed & made to pay all the money back to him period!!! She may be able to to fool the state, but the Law is the Law and if she breaks the Law knowingly like most do in order to get paid FREE MONEY he should be EXEMPT from paying her any money PERIOD!!!!

This law is wrong and needs to be changed it is not fair to have to pay to raise someone else child who was never biological yours. She lied said the child was yours which is fraud

Fraud is rampant in the family courts, you need to make family court come under the same constitutional guidelines as criminal and civil courts, now!

Fraud is a crime, quit making the victim the target!!

A man who has not fathered a child should not have to pay child support to protect a dishonest mother's "honor". That's a sexist gender biased system. Women who are not mothers of children do not pay child support for those children.

This poor man should not have to pay for a child that is not his, especially when he was manipulated by the mother. This is despicable and unfair to men!

Dealing with same issue with my now 6yr old ...cnt get his name changed nor get childsupport from real dad becuase of this same issue jus reversed....becuase his real dad didnt decide to acknowledge he was his or wanna help till now...and being my son is 6yrs old the state wnt allow it etc...

Good Luck Thomas you shouldn't have to pay Child Support for a child that is not yours biologically.. I wish you all the best..
