In 2018, Christopher, LLC purchased Lot A and Lot C at Patchwork Farms. Our plan has always been to build a high-end luxury hotel with for-sale condominiums. Our plan is to build thirty, for-sale, luxury condominiums on the site, integrated into the design of the hotel. We feel that this development will be a great asset to Vestavia Hills and its residents.
In order to further the development of this project, it was necessary to apply for a zoning amendment. We are stepping in front of the Vestavia Hills community 10/11 and thus, we are kindly asking for your support. Thank you!
