Please permit this gentleman to remain. Instead of evicting him perhaps you could give him a helping hand to continue working.
Working people pay taxes which benefit the community.
Please permit him to remain.
Thankyou

You should not involve his parking problem with his job.. these are two seperate matters. Very unprofessional to do this. Mears have been there for donkeys years.

Where can a business person park in Brighton or Hove. Soon there will be no shops left. The mears family have given excellent service for years and years on the coldest days and have worked long and hard. To be evicted would be criminal

This is heartless and quite unbelievable. This stall is his living. By closing him down you're robbing him of his livelihood. Yes he parked in the wrong place. But is that worthy of such a drastic penalty? Unbelievable!!

If loading provides logisticsl issues for vendors, market managers should sort the problem not bully a proud trader who brings so much trade to their site. He is the Open Market as far as I'm concerened.

This man should be treated with more compassion. If he goes then so will his business and his customers and the market is struggling for trade.

Inane and foolish decision by the council, once again alienating themselves from the people they are supposed to represent.
