Pass Senate Bill #842 Noise Pollution Control and Abatement Act

Ban loud mufflers in jeepneys and motorcycles.

I strongly want something to control playing loud music in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental!

Badly needed this to be passed into law. I live in Binangonan Rizal and no government official cares about controlling videoke/tricycle & jeepney noise here.

im a foreigner living here in the philippines. I cannot believe the selfishness of some people that constantly play loud music all the time, its just one big headache living here. its not fair to all the people that are quiet at appropriate times and who have respect for others. This bill is just what the country needs, it is a must please enact this bill to help improve mental health and respect for others.

im so tired of hearing the neighbours playing loud bass music everyday, its been going on for 2 years and no one seems to do anything about it. i hear it sometimes before 6am and at 6am, can be playing almost all day, its really effecting my mental health so bad, they are so selfish. impossible to relax when sick and sometimes impossible to sleep and get woke up. also heard other neighbours singing karaoke at 6am. neighbours also do not go out and stop their dogs barking past 12 midnight, dog constantly barks for about 30 mins to an hour sometimes. my mental health is really bad mostly because of the loud bass music, something really must be done, its not fair. please please please enact this bill into law its something we need. they need to be fined and their music equipment taken away from them if they dont stop. my location is Dumoy, Davao city, Davao del sur

As this moment, out neighbors started videoke at 6am, and will for sure will continue until late. We don't want anything like this anymore. The noise brought about by videoke has gone beyond the enjoyment level. Thank you.

Sana aksyunan ang pagpapa alis ng trompa at kampana ng kapilyang pinalakihan at pinatayo sa loob ng RESIDENTIAL AREA...walang konsiderasyon at respeto sa mga kapitbahay...in the first place pwede ba talaga na may MALAKING KAMPANA at TROMPA ang kapilya lang??? Hindi kami against sa pagpaparenovate nila pero sana di na pinalagyan ng TROMPA at MALAKING KAMPANA na nakakabulahaw sa mga gustong magpahinga(madaling araw at 4 ng hapon till 8 to 9 pm ng gabi)inilapit sa barangay pero di daw matinag si pader kaya di nila maaksyunan!!!

Proper implementation barangay should do there job and PNP should do what they ought to protect the Filipino citizen.
