There should be a clear solution to the worsening nuisance of our society, abusive people should know that noise pollution can stress one out, lead to health problems, make one less productive, and decrease the quality of life. The law should be balance and must be applied.

There really is a need for laws against noise pollution to be strictly enforced because most filipinos are abusive in nature to the point of trampling at other people's rights and even the barangays or police have became lazy or lousy to address some people's need for peace and order

Noise in all forms must be addressed ASAP. Noise polluters should be accosted, penalized or do community service for their idiot actions

We are the Anti-Noise Crusaders of the Philippines, an online group with membership from all over the Philippines bound by the single purpose of putting a stop to the daily torture we undergo due to noise.
We at the anti-noise crusader group of the Philippines is wondering? Why Can't our respectable lawmakers pass a law that will REGULATE and solve the problem of rampant NOISE POLLUTION in the residential area?
Some of us have been recording levels of a decibel of these noises; ranging from 70dB to 110dB. Much, much above the standards set. We cannot be subjected to this pollution throughout our lives and our next generation’s lives. There is a good number of graveyard shift workers among Filipinos which means sleep during the day is needed for health and sustenance. For others, peace during the early morning, day, and early night are equally important for us to go through our daily motions properly.
We truly wish that this bill will pass and enact into law.
