I NEED TO HAVE QUIET PLACE WHERE I CAN ENJOY PEACE AND QUIET TIME WITH MY FAMILY. BUT INCONSIDERATE NEIGHBORS ARE LOUDY SINGING VIDEOKE EVEN IF IT IS A PRIVATE SUBDIVISION. BARANGAY COMPLAINTS ARE NOT EFFECTIVE AS THEY HAVE KUMPARES OR KUMARES WHO IMMEDIATELY WARN THEM WHENEVER SOMEBODY FILES A COMPLAINT OR MAKE SURVEILANCE. WE NEED A LAW THAT WILL PROTECT THOSE PEACE LOVING AND QUIET-LOVING INDIVIDUALS FROM THOSE WHO ABUSIVE PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING PUBLIC DISTURBANCE. IF THEY WANT TO SING THEY SHOULD SOUND- PROOF THEIR HOUSES TO AN ACCEPTABLE DECIBEL LEVELS. THERE SHOULD BE EQUAL RIGHTS FOR US WHO JUST WANT A PEACEFUL AND QUIET ENVIRONMENT ESPECIALLY FOR US WHO ARE SENIOR CITIZENS.

We live in a residential area in San Isidro, San Fernando, Cebu. The LGU allowed commercial and industrial operation of a business establishment that uses machineries and heavy equipments that produce disturbing noise above tolerable levels. The owner of this business establishment has been inconsiderate.

Work from home, night shifts, just overall relaxing in your own home, shouldn't be too much to ask. Inconsiderate neighbors, videoke, roosters, dogs that are not taken care of, motorcycles with modified exhausts, drunken gatherings are killing our mental health and coat ng us jobs.

It’s time po na maimplement na tlga anti noise., lalu na dito sa Tundo. Mga malalakas na speakers sa mga courts( pg may liga or anuman ganap) mga motor na maiingay.,mga videoke’s ... tambay , mga adik na high n kung kelan gabi tsaka mga nag aaay away.

There should be a time limit on noise and also ban karaoke at night or only allow it at low volume
