Pass Senate Bill #842 Noise Pollution Control and Abatement Act

This Senate Bill should be made into a law to regulate arrogant owners and workers of noisy establishments like transient houses and such. Hopefully my signature can help this online petition.

Need to be acted upon now. No longer healthy and risky na for peoples health and welfare.. especially for children and senior citizen

Residential area dapat po pagbawalan na maglagay ng bar. Sobrang stressful po ng mga senior and baby. Irresponsible po ang owner ng bar. Sobrang lakas ng sounds nila.

I agree to everything said here in this Senate Bill and i am hoping for this bill to be a law here in our country.

just had yesterday a dispute with our neighbor. Without notice they had a "birthday" party and started singing on the karaoke machine, installed outside the house at 12:20 afternoon. Sound Level 92 dB. Upon claiming to reduce the sound they told my wife she should go where she came from and continued. We called the police and after same tme they came and asked the people to reduce the sound but had no idea to which level the law allows. After The police left, they sound level of their "singing" went back to 84 dB. I am a civil and aciustic Eng. from Germany with now living inthe Philippines for 3 years and see that whatever law there is, is not respected.

we are in residential area in Laguna the loud karaoke and chainsaw dog barks rooster a lot of them giving us health problems bakit ganun mga kapitbahay walang paki sa ingay at wla sa oras pwede naman hinaan ang volume halos buong barangay naririnig and karaoke hay we want peace and quiet so pls pass the law
