Before noise don't bother my senses but as we aged and grow older, things will change. Suddenly we will be easily irritated and hardly to focus with a loud noise. I hope this bill will be pass and will help the balance of the environment. Its ok to celebrate things, enjoy success, make fun with friends and relatives, or even foing business to earn for our family but it should be in propper and tolerable to all where as no single person will be compromise.

Cebu City is now invaded with concerts at the parking lots, even up to 2 in the morning even on residential area.

Nakakalungkot lang na nung May online class pa mahigpit sa pag iingay dito sa Cebu, pero nung bumalik sa face to face, nahsibalikan narin ang kaliwat kanan na ingay, parade at sasakyan.Sana po makapasa na po ng matibay na batas para makontrol na ang ingay.

These selfish inconsiderate neighbours should be forced to live in a neighbourhood away from society were others play loud music and karaoke all the time because they obviously cannot live amongst us civilized people, they are a nuisance to our neighborhoods.
This petition might not do anything at all or could take a very long time, the damage has already been done to most of us mentally and its just getting worse for us.
maybe we should all come together in the hundreds or thousands and protest until they make this law. some of us have been suffering for years and its just not fair.

This bill need to be pass. Any violation should lead to currency penalty to be use for this project.
