Pls make it illegal for loud, startling honking, alarms inside villages.
There should be a law against vehicles that engage in harassment of private individuals by loudly honking near their residence.
HOA should not have power to interfere or prevent responding local officials to complaints of annoying noises of pets.

I know its bad when you think of bad things to your noisy neighbors.. but they are sooo insensitive and a pest.

dito sa bayan namin kada 6am, 8am,12noon, 8pm and 10pm pinapahugong nila ang sirena sa munisipyo na kala mo mga walang studyante nag online class, parents na nag wo work from home,at mga employee na natutulog. i don't think necessary ung paghuhugong ng ganun kasi may mga orasan naman ang mga tao para malaman ang oras. consider noise pollution at sa sobrang lakas lalo na sa malapit na munisipyo ang kabahayan. masama ang dulot nito sa ear drums lalo na sa mga bata. ginagamit lang ang ganung hugong pag may emergency o kalamidad tulad ng bagyo,lindol at sakuna.

Dapat lang kasi nakaka toxic lalo at pagod galing sa trabaho tapos hindi ka makapagpahinga ng maayos dahil sa ingay.
