Noisy neighbors using speakers

We have neighbors here in Barangay Kilim, Baybay City, Leyte, singing deafening karaoke until midnight and even as early as 6 am, we reported them locally, yet nothing happens.

Sana po mabawasan na ung toxic na sari saring noise pollution dito po sa Pilipinas ..like me nag ka sakit na ko lalo sa lakas ng amplified speakers na Super loud Bass sakit po sa puso

hindi po dapat pinapayagan ang bulahaw na ingay. hindi po maganda ang naidudulot nito sa kalusugan ng tao. para hindi na din sana madagdagan ang mga nag aaeay at nauuwi sa patayan dahil sa ingay.
