TS needs more awareness and support than it has had and you want to take that away? I trying to support my son, struggled for years thinking we were on an island alone and the day I found PA-TSA, I felt like we found the light at the end of the tunnel, hope and support! Too many families will be affected and left hopeless without this. We should be raising awareness and giving hope, not taking it away?

Please include Tourette syndrome in the full state budget. The PA-TSA provided quick response to my numerous questions when my son was diagnosed. This provided much comfort during a difficult time.

This organization was invaluable when our son was first diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome. There was no other local organization that was able to make recommendations about local help, nor provide in-person awareness to local school districts. PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance is a necessity for persons afflicted with a syndrome for which little in known and often much is misunderstood.

The funding is important and needed and should reconsidered.

Please governor Wolf, this was shocking for me to find out since I have been a supporter of yours..... please consider this as something just as important as many of the other necessary programs you are fighting for! This may seem like a small line item you can skip over but it's actually a life saving, family saving, super important crew that has personally helped my son and I in so many ways I could never have imagined. Please, reconsider when you see PATSA come up again in this year and next year's budget! I want to continue to support you and be able to tell others how you're holding out in order to make sure our children, and everyone gets what is needed! Thank you!

PATSA has been invaluable to me while trying to navigate the obstacles I have encountered while trying to help my son who has Tourette Syndrome. Do YOU, Mr. Governor, know anything about this condition and it's associated issues? I didn't either until my son was diagnosed and I had no one to turn to EXCEPT PATSA. The healthcare community is sorely lacking in knowledge and resources for these kids and their families. Please don't take away the only lifeline that we have!

I know firsthand what it's like to live with TS, and I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone, least of all these children who have done nothing wrong, and only want to live a normal life like all the other kids. Through proper funding and education, this is something we can help solve.
