I live off Fort King RD. My property backs up to Hickory Hills and Moore Rd. I STIIL HAVE FLOODING ON MY PRIVATE ROAD, I have talked to Ron Oakley on several occasions and he is WORTHLESS. I have wrote letters to Randy Maggard to no avail. Next stop Danny Burgess and then Ron DeSantis. This is unacceptable. This is how corrupt Pasco county is. Time to vote them all out.

I live in Hickory Hill acres. The flood plain behind my property is still flooded and overflows into my backyard. I was told my lot didn’t flood from the 2004 hurricanes.

It wasn't even a year that we purchased our home in Ridge Manor and we lost so much due to this flooding.

Folks, find information below on a BOCC meeting to have a moratorium put in place on new building and permits. We need people to attend the meeting and to sign the petition.
While you may not have been affected by the flooding, I've no doubt you will be affected by the millions of mosquitos breeding in all the stagnant water...And traffic isn't getting any better... Share this on other groups and with other people and let's make sure the county knows the breaks need to be put on development until issues like this are thoroughly investigated and mitigated.
Reposting from another group:
We had a very fruitful Planning Commission meeting yesterday. The Pasco Planning Commission took up a motion and with a vote of 5-1 PASSED a moratorium on ANY new building, rezoning , or site applications for 1 year while the county reexamines its Building and Development policies. It has to be passed by the BOCC (County Commissioners) but YOU will get an opportunity to speak your mind in the meeting to say your peace about how the developments are affecting you, your way of life, and it effects on your roads, schools and stormwater!
We will keep you updated with the Date/Time/Location. But you MUST show up and make your voice heard! Stay tuned!!!!!

It seems that new developers get the red carpet welcome to make changes to the existing landscape that has a negative impact on the residents that have lived and paid their taxes in Pasco County for decades. THIS IS NOT RIGHT !!!!!!!

Its so frustrating to see water is still laying where it was not before and its going to be another hurricane season soon. Why is it so hard to see that something is very wrong?

The city needs to work on the flooding issue before allowing new developments to continue building
