i believe that these buildings are LITTER of mega proportions. they should be removed and trees replanted in their stead. please remove this eyesore from our beautiful community.

It would be wonderful for Pasco County to finally take over and allow it to be be what it was originally intended to be. Trinity has waited a long time for shops, restaurants etc to occupy the space.

I see this from my home everyday, the buildings are mildewed, and property lanscape never care for, either open or demolition is a must.

This is just blight. It's an eyesore and dangerous. It attracts teenagers who are looking for places to do things they shouldn't be doing and can't do at home.

This is what is wrong with Pasco and FL in general. Leaving empty unused buildings to deteriorate is a blemish on our neighborhoods and our state.

I live in the neighborhood where the town center is built, and my parents told me that it would have shops and things, and residents could enjoy the views. I think it would be a beautiful addition to the neighborhood, so my personal opinion is that the action that should be taken is to continue building it. However, if that can't be done, at the very least demolish it, because an empty building doesn't look good.

I lived in Thousand Oaks East for 10 years. During this time the plan was developed, presented, approved, then supported through multiple issues, too many years of inaction, amd now to the point of absurdity by the Pasco County Commissioners. Particularly Anne Hildrebrand, who subsequently retired and moved to Alabama. It's time to demolish the empty walls and restore the pristine nature of the land either for future development or as a park rather than the eyesore that exists there now.
