A shame that it was not developed, especially now that construction in the area is renewed. Idiocracy is real People (referring to Idiocracy movie)

I was once excited about this Town Center but after 8years of this "eyesore", it is time to have something done to proctect our neighborhood. Construction is going on all around us & I have been hoping that the town or someone would take over & make a decision to build or demolish soon! This is simply shameful!

I live in Trinity Oaks and agree it should be demolished! It's nothing but an eyesore.

Just a matter of time before something tragic happens in there - perfect setting for trouble

Having this center sit there empty like this is just inviting the unwanted and asking for trouble.

Pasco county get it together! Please build something useful on this property. We have all look forward to the end for so long. This could be a thriving corner for neighbors to shop local and enjoy our community. Instead, we get beggers on the street with the dogs and orange vests. It's so terrible for property value. I did not move here from Hyde Park to see vagrants and drug addicts hanging out in front of my gated area. So sad! #pascotakecontrol

As a resident of neighboring Thousand Oaks East since 2005, I was looking forward to enjoying The Trinity Towne Center as a public gathering place to patronize, shop, dine, and be proud of. Prior to our move to the Trinity, FL area, our home developer touted the fact that it was in close proximity to our home, which was a major selling point. Instead, with its' partially finished buildings, vacant stores, and overgrown weeds, it has devalued our properties, and become an eyesore to our community. It is a place where vandals, homeless people, drug addicts and juvenile delinquents gather. I personally have found hypodermic needles on the sidewalk nearby and observed young teens playing around in the vacant parking garage. As a result, I would prefer that Pasco County take control of the property and find a competent developer, or sell the property and start over...please!!!

I would love to see this facility cleaned up and opened and occupied. This site would be greatly welcomed and supported by the local Trinity community.

I am the chairman of the board of Generations Christian Church, 1540 Little Rd., which is directly across the street from the property in question. We welcome any action by the county which would improve the appearance and safety of the neighborhood.
