raze it and build a park for the kids in the neighborhood. While you are at it, put speed bumps on Chittamwood.

I live in Thousand Oaks East. This has become a safety issue as well as an eye sore.

Finish that dreadful eyesore please. I drive by it everyday and it keeps looking worse.

This could be a great area if finished, this corner should have small shops, bars and restaurants and let the people of trinity park in the garage for the night and walk from store to store.

This is an eyesore to an otherwise well maintained upscale neighborhood. We pay high property taxes and hoa fees to live here and we should not have to see any abandoned properties.

This abandoned project is an eyesore and has caused property values to drop in the area. Demolish it ASAP.

I have lived in the neighborhood right next to this center since before it was beginning to be built. It is a huge eyesore, the buildings are starting to become moldy; everything about it is a mess. Something needs to be done about this building center.

Why should this burden be put on the taxpayer? Trinity is an affluent neighborhood that has an HOA, let them take care of it.

We had greatly anticipated the opening of the Town Center only to watch its slow decline and decay. Please do something!

I have made multiple attempts to contact Commissioner Starkey and ask her for help with the Trinity Town Center. I have not received any response back from her. Erik Waxler from ABC Action News wanted to interview her about the Town Center and she declined because she was at Disney World.
I think all residents of Trinity that are displeased with the Trinity Town Center should remember Commissioner Starkey's lack of concern or commitment to her constituents come Election Day.

We have repeatedly attempted to contact Commissioner Starkey. She has not responded to us or to the media. Please show your displeasure in the voting booth when she is up for reelection.

The never ending issues with this project need to end. Businesses that invested in this location have been financial damaged. Homeowners in the area have had their property values damaged. This situation should never have been allowed to get to this point. At numerous points over the years, the county had the option of doing the right thing. For whatever reason, they did not. I have no faith that the county will step up now to take action.
