Due current ongoing situation of COVID-19, we medical student of au are not using any of the university’s laboratories or the facilities we paid for. With only online PowerPoints as learning materials which are not worthy of paying 75,000 to 110,000 dirhams , it's only fair to get a partial refund. that's why we would like to kindly ask you for a partial refund. Furthermore, some students paid for transportation and the students in dorms paid the full amount and we’ve only lived there for less than half of the semester.If a refund is not possible, we should be at least be dismissed by half of the next semester’s fees.
(PS. Online classes are not very beneficial , most of us are self-taught)

The university administration is still refusing to meet with us about the fees. We are documenting every instance of inadequate resources to build our case for the refund.

Yess, i too agree on what commented previously, its difficult to continue with labs and also we are not able to access books from library. We want Partial refund on our fees
We need at least a partial refund since we are no longer able to use our equipments and online lectures aren’t worth 75-110k so hopefully consider
we’ve paid full fees, which includes dry anatomy labs, dissection lab, sports complex, student hub facilities, transportation, student hostel... but we are not utilizing them due to the current situation. However it is much appreciated that TBLs are still being conducted and we won’t be missing out on the team based learning experience. If a refund is not possible, we should be at least be dismissed by half of the next semester’s fees.
We cannot dissect online too, e learning is very inefficient and ineffective, paying more than 55000 for the semester is too much for e-learning and no labs or facilities.
I paid for transportation and now less than half of the semester was in Uni and the rest is in home and I'm benefiting from it
