Apt 501, I recommend an audit. I believe that such a high assessment to be paid in 24 months very suspicious.

That special assessment is totally over the top and unaffordable

I think the Board tried to ramrod this thru while most unit owners are not here. Many questions regarding the bid figures. 45 year owner/resident of unit 816.

I think it should not only be delayed but it should be split into 1 project at a time. I for one was not happy there was a vote for anything when the board meeting the month before was cancelled. That was our only chance to say our opinion about it.

I understand we are playing catchup for the prior Boards' many years of mismanagement and nepotism but we've been asked to fix too many items at once. And First Services NEEDS TO GO. They were NOT hired by the owners, but by a Board that we elected TO REPRESENT the owners but have not really shown us that is what they have been doing. There is a very damaging lack of communication in our bldg which we need to fix before its too late. I do believe the bldg could face bankruptcy if we let the Board and First Services continue to operate unchecked. We probably need legal counsel.

I own unit 817 and against the whole Elss . You cannot predict as it is still a fight underway in Tallahassee.
