This is horrible, the residential area is already congested in that neighborhood and g-town pkwy is already crowded and hectic. you find more peaceful areas in E Memphis.

This area does NOT need more traffic, it's already horribly congested because the county refuses to improve the traffic signals. You are proposing in andnarea there are multiple 3 ways intersections. This is a nightmare, but of course the contractors don't care, they make their money and walk away.

Shelby Farms is the biggest draw in East Memphis/Cordova. If we trash up the perimeter with more businesses than the city can support, it will look like Germantown Parkway. We have so many unoccupied commercial spaces for lease in the area. Let's leave Shelby Farms uncluttered.

I used to live in the adjoining subdivision. This planned development would not only wreak havoc on the neighborhood and create major traffic issues no matter what plans are put into place, it totally goes against what Shelby Farms and the surrounding area are all about. This is greed at its worst.

This park allows families including mine to celebrate special occasions with one another, sometimes to just go swimming on a hot day. We enjoy our moments here.

Shelby Farms is a place that people go to escape the busy city and every day life. Taking this aspect away from beloved Shelby Farms is simply disrespectful to the people who go there daily to enjoy a get away.
