This is a terrible idea for neighboring communities and Shelby Farms Park. Mullins Station is a mess already and a Parkway through Shelby Farms is no appealing AT ALL. Please do not do this. See the green of green space rather than potential money. Stop!

I love taking long runs at Shelby farms and would hate for that to become a thing of the past! Besides how many empty commercial areas do we have in the Memphis area that could be used for this purpose!

Please do not allow this development. Shelby Farms is one of the best things in Memphis and this development will deter people from visiting the area along with making a huge traffic problem in an already overloaded area.

As a frequent user of Shelby Farms and the Greenline, I vehemently oppose this rezoning. The most enjoyable thing about the park and the Greenline is the peace and quiet it brings as you walk, run or ride along. I enjoy the trees and the green views and the feeling of tranquility it all brings. Please oppose this rezoning. Thank-you.

Shelby Farms is a PARK. It's a place for nature & a getaway from home. There's plenty of places to live in Memphis. We don't need ANY housing in Shelby Farms.

I am in favor of no high-rises along the perimeter of the park. And with the greenline on the southern side of the project, it will be a public safety issue. More traffic on the greenline will cause the eventual accident, injury, and death because the main entrance to the project is off of Mullins Station.

I travel through this area of memphis often and the traffic can be terrible. Espically when people are starting to get off work. Parkside is not a good idea!

SAY NO to big developers that want to rezone areas to make $. There is NOTHING that this 'mixed use' building can offer that isnt less than 2 minutes away, in ANY direction. This will ruin the area. Leave it as it is.

We love our park the way it is!!!! Also I live on the corner of Whitten and Kamali of this project happens I will have to move if they widen Whitten! Traffic is already busy enough,
