The area roads and drainage can not handle the population already here, and nobody in City or County Gov. could be bothered about it. Now everyone in City/County Gov's best friend the developer comes along and they're falling over themselves to convince all of us in the neighborhoods how much is going to be done for us. Hey, City /County Gov. let's stay with the don't bother attitude by not bothering to change the zoning you've been perfectly neglectful for years. Now that you want to do so much, I realize the neglect was better than being beaten with the developers shovel.

The city has ALREADY failed all the residents living by the park by not widening Mullins station or Whitten, and now they want some developer to come in and make it worse??? I think there's a class action lawsuit hiding in there someplace!!

I drive these roads (Whitten, Mullins Station) frequently. It's already a parking lot during high traffic hours. This would make it impossible to navigate and greatly detract from the park as well as created safety risks for our children using the Greenline to get to the park.

I vote NO. This would be awful and ruin my great neighborhood. One of the main reasons I picked this neighborhood is because there is not a lot of traffic passing through.

Shelby farms is a place where people want to get away from the tall buildings and over crowed people .Everyone should enjoy the park the way it is naturally ...this will make Memphis #1 for the city with the best natural park..I'm sure the buffalo will have a problem with the tall building's lol

A high-rise in Cordova is unwise and unnecessary. I can see a mixed-use development there, but there will not be the demand for more than the three levels we see in most properties in the area. Thank you for considering the wishes of the community that do not have a financial interest in this project.

As a nearby neighbor and frequent user of Shelby Farms and Mullins Station/Whitten Rd, the last thing I want is even more traffic congestion in the area. The proposed Shelby Farms Pkwy was slated to reduce traffic congestion in the area, not allow for greater housing density and commercial projects to be developed. How about we let that much maligned project complete before considering rezoning and starting even more projects.
