This is already a high traffic area and overly congested. The last thing needed is to make it worse.

Area needs to stay zoned single family similar to close neighborhoods. Traffic flow on Whitten and Mullin Station is dangerous even now.

My home is located on Bent Tree Ave, I do NOT want this area
re -zoned commercial. The traffic in the morning on Whitten Rd is very congested and would be worse if this development is built.
I bought my home in this last year in the Shelby farms area because it is a residential neighborhood. Do not re-zone my neighborhood!

I in favor of keeping this community the way it is - single family homes, the Greenline green - and to preserve the pastoral views across Shelby Farms Park.

Can't you just let something be natural. Must you develop every inch of land?! There are plenty of places that stand empty. Use what you have. Leave Shelby Farms alone!

Building an apartment complex will bring a chance of ruining the park.

The traffic is bad enough now not to mention all the money spent to develop the greenline why would you mess up the greenline and the park? Bad bad decision.

Not in my backyard!! I don't want or need high-rise apartment/commercial development in my single-home residential community. Germantown Parkway and all its commercial might is less than a mile away and has EVERYTHING we need there. Also, as many residents of this area well know, traffic is already a complete nightmare during prime hours around the stop lights and signs on Walnut Grove, Farm Road, Mullins Station Road, and Whitten Road and this will only make it worse. Even if they do try to expand some roads or add lights, it will STILL be terrible because of the added traffic from this proposed plan. Other real threats to our community would include devaluation of our homes, an increase in crime, and basically ruining the tranquil sanctity of what we all love about Shelby Farms. People visit Shelby Farms to leave the city behind. Why bring the city into Shelby Farms? Do not give this greedy mouse a cookie because if you honestly think this would be the first and last development plan for our area, you are dead wrong. Only those with the heavy pockets who developed this plan will reap the significant benefit$ while local middle-income home-owning residents are stuck dealing with the true costs. Please spread the word and say, "NO!"

Please do not allow more residential development until safe roads are developed.
