*Area has not been planned and built over the past decades for this kind of intense development parcel has limited access points " Shelby Farms Parkway" which is poor for retail.
*Developer can walk away if it's not successful, Memphis will be left with the results.
*Shelby Farms will become just another big park with the sky/view blocked by big buildings.

We should work to preserve the tranquility and natural environment of Shelby Farms. It's a park where many go for fresh air and open green space. We don't need more traffic and high rises encroaching on this awesome park.

Please do not allow a structure of this size to be situated within view is Shelby farms. This is not an appropriate area for the amount of traffic and trash that will come with this development. You know how people no longer go into indoor malls? Well a structure like this will end up about the same.
Don't block anyone's view of the park!

Leave the park alone! Bet, City will stand with builders over citizens! The street there can not handle the traffic. There lots of land in this county to build a project like this....leave the park alone.....massive FB campaign against DBDevelopment sounds about right

This will ruin the area and cause unlimited gridlock on small two lane roads already strained to the max. No one wants this. This is unparalleled greed both on the part of the developers and the county. No rezoning!

The whole point of Shelby Farms Park is to be a natural sanctuary in the midst of the city. Looming apartment towers would destroy that feeling.

There are plenty of spaces in Memphis where high rise apartments would be welcomed. The border of Shelby Farms Park is NOT one of them.

Keep Shelby Farms views green! It's a great place to escape and feel like you're not in a city. High rise apartments would ruin that!
