This will ruin the value of homes in this neighborhood and take away what wild life is left.

Traffic is horrible now, this complex will make it even worse. Has there been a traffic study for this site???

Please preserve my neighborhood and not develop the property at the edge of Shelby Farm. It is too close to the green line and should not be in view of the park.

We like not having anything but woods behind us, no excess traffic, nice quiet neighborhood. Traffic getting on and off of Whitten is bad enough as it is.

We can not get out on Whitten during morning & afternoon rush which is why most of us currently go out Patmore

The apartments current create unwanted traffic in the area. If potential renters want to live around houses, then they should buy a house.

Apartment complexes are already less that one mile from Shelby farms. Leave the woods intact.

I am opposed to the rezoning and developement of Parkside at Shelby Farms. It will not help our traffic situation that we are experiencing now and closing Patmore will only make it worse. And I do not believe this will raise our property values either.

Closing Patmore will take away our only exit alternative to Whitten. During rush hour Whitten is a parking lot. The developer stated that Whitten will be widened to 4 lanes to ease the traffic. I've been hearing this for 28 years now. Adding 750 units with 2 cars each will only make it worse!

I am against destroying the land and bringing in hundreds of new residents. The people in this neighborhood moved here because it is quiet and peaceful. The proposed plan is not what we wish to live with.
