This cannot happen! Shelley farms is one of the larges parks in the country and it's amazing. Why would you want this Memphis has enough apartments and store fronts take it somewhere else!

I cannot believe the Shelby Farms Conservancy would want such a development overlooking such a wonderful park. The area should not be rezoned. keep it zoned for single family dwellings.

The folks of the Shelby Farms Park Conservancy are not listening to the people of Memphis, and obviously care little for the park they profess to protect if they support this. We have enough vacant houses that need development as is, and this project is not going to help. Bob Turner and Doug Windham can take their greedy ventures elsewhere. Leave our iconic and beautiful parkland alone.

Development of this sort does not belong at this location, despite the name. Roads cannot accommodate traffic that would result. As well this type project doesn't belong on top of the park.

This area cannot handle the current traffic, much less the level of people this will bring to the area. This will be a nightmare, and I don't understand what amount of greed could lead to anyone ignoring this.

This is far too large a project for this area and will lead to additional commercialization around this pristine area. No consideration is being given to the immediate area residents. Go build it somewhere else.

No high rise building please! Keep the community as single family homes. Commercial businesses would bring additional traffic and detract from the natural beauty of this park.

This is not a good plan. Too much constructions near the Shelby farm. Memphis actually has enough houses, to make housing market stable therefore current houses can have decent maintenance is more important!

The high rise apt. buildings will ruin the view "from" the park. Not to mention the traffic congestion - even with the improvements to the roadways.
