We do not need apartment towers in this area. So many people (runners, bikers, hikers, picnics, horse back riding, kids playing, flying kites, dogs playing, fishing, going ape adventures, boating, ) use Shelby Farms. We as people need more parks to do all these things. Build more parks to get people to enjoy outside, enjoy each other, and to live happy and feel free. Family's who play together stay together. So please don't ruin this area by building apartment towers. That would just

My daughter and her family live very close to this park. They use it alot and enjoy seeing the wildlife through out the park as they drive around it.

Absolutely Not! to any Big Ideas regarding High Rises or other commercial business in this area. let our park and neighborhoods around it rest and breathe. NO to rezoning!

The thing that I love most about this neighborhood are the nicely kept houses and the wonderful families that want to raise their children in a stable, less traveled, quiet environment. All of that goes away if you add high rise apartments and commercial businesses, that will make for much heavier, unwanted traffic. The more people you put in an already small environment, the more potential for crime and dangerous situations. Mullins Station and Farm Rd. are both two-way streets that are not made for the heavy volume that will come with building Parkside at Shelby Farms.

I live directly in the area the crime rate is horidious as is the traffic. It is absolutely insane to even consider such a ridiculous development. The worth of my home has plummeted enough I could not ever expect to leave this area with this proposal. Go away !!!!!

My husband and I love living right by Shelby Farms. We are excited that the Greenline is so close at hand for us to go running and biking. It's so sad to think that all the work that has been done to create a beautiful outdoor area for everyone to use is now going to be overshadowed by tall apartment buildings. Let's try to keep things commercial-free for once so we can get outside and enjoy nature.

we need to keep what green spaces we have. Nashville has gone to "gentrification" and all spaces are being used. We dont need this. Our children and families need places easily accessible to go for health and fun.
