In days of too much concrete, we need to make a point of protecting our green spaces.

This is too high a residential density for this area, with too tall a presence looming over Shelby Farms Park. The traffic on 2-lane Mullins Station alone would create more gridlock than already occurs along there & at the stop sign at Whitten.

This is a single family density area zoning. To increase density is not in keeping with surrounding existing development’s density. The proposal is not in harmony with the surroundings neighbors which contain no multi use designation. It will increase traffic on the existing roads bordering the park which currently are at maximum capacity. The current infrastructure will not support this rezoning density request without city development to provide more services.

I'm afraid, if the city council is part of this process, that you will find that they are completely in the pocket of the developers. Hopefully this efforts fares better that the other park in Memphis did.

Absolutely not necessary. The builder has to show that there is a natural demand for these apartments.

We don't need more apartment complexes and development anywhere, let alone along Shelby Farms Park!!!! Fix and improve the complexes already in existence.

I strongly encourage you to leave the zoning as-is, for single family homes. Buildings up to 9 stories right on the edge of Shelby Farms would adversely and forever alter the character of the park.

My boyfriend's home backs up to this proposed development. It does not at all fit in with the neighborhood. High rises of this nature would be a hindrance rather than a help to the Cordova area.

This development is not needed nor is it wanted by Memphians. We need to keep green areas in our city, not add to an already congested area.

This city dosen't need anymore retail/apartment space. There is plenty of both sitting vacant all over the Memphis/Shelby County area. Before new apartments or retail space is built, ruining the scenic beauty and rural feel of Shelby Farms and surrounding area, the existing spaces need to be revitalized and reused

No to re-zoning....the neighborhood is nice and quiet and there's not a lot of negative activity going on, and it's safe.

I like Shelby Farms as it is. I enjoy the rural concept.
