I have experienced great difficulty in trying to find a place to park when visiting my son, who lives in the area. Something should be done to relieve this situation.

CAN'T IMAGINE HOW MANY ACCIDENTS WILL BE REPORTED ON HARVEST AND BEVERLY DR. DUE TO THE NARROWING OF THE STREET. THE PARKING SITUATION WILL CAUSE ALOT OF RESIDENTS TO RECONSIDER HOUSING IN THIS COMPLEX AND AREA.

Street parking spaces along Old Orchard Rd is a necessity, especially during winter season. It will not only be difficult for residents of the apartment/condo community to find parking, but also it would become dangerous for everyone else driving along Harvest, Beverly, Old Orchard Ct.

Being a resident of Old Orchard Ct for more than 7 years it was never more difficult to get to my parking space. The risk to have accident because of cars parked on both sides of small and narrow street leading to the parking is very high. The risk will be much higher at winter time which is around the corner.

With all the difficulties for Old Orchard Ct residents it became almost impossible to park the car for visitors. In my case when I come to visit my Mom (87 years old). to help her with groceries or to bring her some medications I have no place to leave my car without a risk to block a driveway or being towed.

We have been staying in this area for 2 years and guest parking has always been an issue but ever since they closed Old Orchard Rd parking it has become way worse and it even made Beverly Drive tougher to drive in, so please reopen parking on Old Orchard Rd.

This INCONSIDERATE TAKING of parking spaces has made it almost impossible to visit my daughter. I am forced to illegally park in the Westfield Shopping Center lot and then walk the 5-7 blocks to visit my daughter - or get picked up by her. I will support and assist in organizing the REPLACEMENT of those elected officials who keep this UNWORKABLE situation in place.

Parking was just difficult before the bike path; now it is almost impossible and dangerous. Please restore ESSENTIAL parking and THEN worry about RECREATIONAL bikers!!

The new construction will only be utilized during the summer seasons. No one will be utilizing that newly constructed track in the winter or fall. The parking spaces will help out the Skokie residents year round and will make it safer for its residents. Who creates a recreational track that will barely be utilized in exchange of hundreds of families struggling on a daily basis. The city of Skokie needs to think twice and make this change happen soon!

Residents need parking. These are families that depend on their cars to get to the store work and in many cases to their doctor. Cars specially around Old Orchard are a necessity not a luxury. They should be given consideration.
