Parking is a privillege not a mean to force donation by staff

They never learn bro. We keep losing the best again n again. I am trully sad when you left coz I know your contribution to HCTM n the nation. But Allah swt has got something better plan for you insya allah.

Parking for staff / student should be free, or kept to a minimum amount yearly.

Verily, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and He forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded. Surat An-Nahl 16:90

Free parking space is one of the privileges for government staffs

Human resource is the most important value generating component in any successful organisations.. the fact that excellent clinical services generated by warga UKMMC which carry very2 high market value but appreciated much less, is regretable..worse if the value is only seen from total patient's payment, where majority are non-paying patients.. Staff of UKMMC deserve more than parking compared to the real market..if small matter like parking cannot be previlaged to staffs, its hard to imagine UKM can handle something big or world class for UKMMC..

bagaimana dgn kami staff sokongan wpun rm 40 tetap membebankan dlm keadaan eko skrg. Dulu berebut parking, kini kena bayar plak. Stress mereka dtg bekerja. Mereka juga tulang belakang dlm operasi hospital. Mereka bekerja bersama pengurusan bukan bekerja utk pengurusan. So permudahkanlah

Although the amount may not burden lecturers as much as it will affect our non academic staff, I also hope for better transparency in the proposal phase of the plan rather than implementation as a directive. I hope that there will also be an audit into the actual costs of the parking ISS system as well as financial integrity of our PPUKM accounts as well. Something is very wrong if we continue to leak money until we need to do this.

Yes,this issue should have been discussed before implementation The amount is also too high. If at all, it should be at the rate of Rm30, Rm20 & Rm10 monthly for the 3 respective categories.Thank you.

I belief that this is an unfair policy which was implemented with proper mandate from the faculty members that will have negative impact on the welfare of PPUKM staff. The management has not explored other options that could have avoided the unnnecessarily burden on PPUKM staff.

The proposal is not illogical but is certainly unreasonable. Setiap amalan bermula dengan niat. Cuba halusi semula apakah niat disebalik usulan ini. Adakah cara2 penyelesaian yg lain telah difikirkan semasak2nya bg mencapai niat tersebut? Apakah ketirisan telah disumbat?? Apakah profit sharing dgn private wing telah sejajar?? Apakah ubat-ubatan bersifat 'adjunct' itu benar2 cost-effective? Not all new is better, not all expensive is wonder. Adakah pembelian barang2 benar2 tiada syarikat hantu?? Apakah harga mendapat harga market?? (atau lebih rendah dari itu?). The most vital assets to an organization are its people. Jangan bermain kata, menggelar mereka 'warga' tapi layanan cuma boss dan pekerja. Mahu mereka bekerja untukmu? atau bersamamu? Those who stay are a privileged lot to an organization. Wonderful people make for wonderful organization, without which it is a hollow structure. You give them privileges, they give you souls.
