Kenapa hanya PPUKM yang mengamalkan polisi ini tidak keseluruhan UKM jika ia baik untuk UKM?

It is not fair to make money from your own staff.

Donation cannot be forced. Forced 'donation' is taxation. It is not a true wealth creation.

Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan semua server dan sistem IT sentiasa berfungsi 24x7 , saya kerja lebih masa, buat oncall, standby tanpa sebarang elaun tambahan apatah lagi tidak pernah claim apa-apa dari pengurusan, selama 22 tahun saya berkhidmat. Hari ini saya cuma minta supaya JANGAN diteruskan konsep parking berbayar ini, itu sahaja.

Assalamualaikum, I think it is too much to charge us with such a fee on the respective parking lots...360 paking lots at the basement x Rm100= Rm360 000 per MONTH..then in a year x12..that is only for basement, not to add the 'paking berbumbung' and 'parking tidak berbumbung'...

$100 per month is way too much. parking fees should be charge for maintenance of parking only and not to make excess profit for kutipan tabung. Dana tabung2 should be collected separately and not by forced donation through parking fee.

Minority are hospital employed officers ( clinical specialists, service medical officers), so we are in the dark about the reasons, the usage of this money, and our rights. Thank you.

I am signing this for the future generation. I feel so sad that it has come to this because of some people's action.

Pengurusan sepatutnya sediakan parking permenant kepada staf yg sanggup bayar tanpa mengira status staf tersebut. Pengurusan juga perlu sediakan parking percuma kepada staf yg tidak mahu bayar parking tetapi mereka ni perlu lah berebut parking kerana tidak mempunyai parking permenant.

Free parking is a necessity that should be provided for medical professionals working in ukm hospital. There are many other good ways to generate income. However, 'robbing' money from us is a bad idea and will cause low morale among the staffs.

There's a lot of ways to appreciate your staff and we hope the admin staffs are creative about it. I'm afraid, forcing 'donation' is not one of the way...

1. Ada parking space yg boleh generate income pergi swastakan ke syarikat lain. Tak cukup duit belanja, ambil pula dari para pekerja. Kenapa tak potong aje gaji setiap pekerja dari timbulkan isu "keistimewaan" kakitangan yg sensitif ini? 2. Kalau saya kena bayar duit parking tiap2 bulan saya nak lah pilih lot yg saya berkenan, kereta besar kot saya nak sewa dua lot boleh? 3. Apa apa pun, good luck pihak pengurusan, semoga dipermudahkan jalan keluar yg terbaik.
