The property owners in Park County are asking for a bid to pave County Road 32 (elk horn) through to Chief. We are also asking the county for weekly road grading and maintenance. The roads are hazardous and need to be maintained.
The county commissioners are ignoring our emails about the dangerous conditions on Elk Horn. Post the link to this petition on your Facebook page today so they cannot pretend these road hazards are invisible. Call your local representative and demand an immediate timeline for the paving bid.

In addition to benefiting all of us living in the area it would help in those selling/buying property. Have friends who would not buy any property for which they had to drive this section of road to and from home.

We live at 160 Bear Court, which is very poorly maintained. I think the road this petition supports is Albino Road from Elkhorn to Chief. Weekly grading is essential in Indian Mountain Jagged rocks and washouts are not acceptable.

I cannot afford to replace everything on my 2 vehicles every few months because the roads are treacherous! My wife and I are both disabled and full time residents, and neither of us feel like finishing our shopping in fairplay after the miles of terrible roads! It physically tears us and our vehicles up. Never mind the drive to B.V. for appointments.

Seems like paving the road is a cheaper option than the current grading and repair routine. Further, I have seen numerous people getting flat tires from some of the obstacles on Albino. Finally, I've noticed cars coming to complete stops before some of the cattle guards.
