Recruiting during season has a negative effect on all involved - players, coaches and parents. There should not be any decisions made in regards to next season's roster until the week following GJNC.

Recruiting this early in the season only divides a team and creates stress among the players. This past season has been horrible for our young girls.

I would love to see a fair tryout process for all athletes.
