My grandson lives with me I would love to continue to watch him play through these last 2 years, and would have no problem masking up to do it.

These kids need their family in the stands. Their parents at the very least! They play for themselves but they also play for the people!

These kids need our support! Especially right now when times are difficult, the importance of this and our support for these kids is right after their education.

They need this! ALL the kids need this. Don't forget the cheerleaders, mascots, and dancers. They have every right to "play" as anyone else.

Picking 1 parent is like choosing 1 child when you have 2. This isn’t right. Let ALL parents come!

Basketball season is what we look forward to the most every year. We absolutely love watching our son play varsity basketball. We are so depressed over the fact that we can’t go and watch our boy play a sport he has loved and been apart of for 12 years. We haven’t missed a game until his very first game last week. We couldn’t even watch the game because the network we paid for (NFHS) was glitching out and never could get it working. Why are we not able to watch our boy play, as the huge gym was empty? The parents of the players could have easily social distanced in the gym. We are allowing hundreds of people in Walmart, churches and other establishments in close quarters but we can’t have 50 people in a massive gym? This policy seems very inconsistent, political and all about control. Please consider changing this policy! Kids need to have their parents there cheering them on and supporting them and parents need to be there, especially for liability reasons. PLEASE, PLEASE change this policy and allow both parents to be able to watch every game whether at home or away. This is extremely important to the players and parents. We won’t get these moments with our kids back! The schools can take the necessary precautions and we will follow them. If it means we can be there to watch in person we will do anything and everything to be safe. If there are people that don’t want to take that risk let them stay home but please let the rest of us live our lives as normal as possible. The lasting impact this has had on our kids and on us parents is devastating. These kids have dreamed of playing high school basketball and we as parents need to be there to support that dream! Thank you for considering these changes. It means more than you’ll ever know.

The science says that kids under the age of 18 have a 99.99% of survival is the contract The Rona. Side effects of closing things down is suicide and we don’t need that. Keep it open!!
