I feel there should be no limit on student section spectators. They are all in school all day together. Also cheerleaders and dancers should have not limit to access to sports. Again, they intermingle in school all day together.

If we are safe to gather in walmart, home depot or the liquor store we are safe in the gym watching our children. Children should not be punished with these tyrannical over reaches.

Thank you for coming up with a plan. While kids are living in a world that’s upside down, the ability to have parents in the stands would be such an encouragement and positive action.

If we can go to the grocery store and be safe we should be able to choose to go to a sporting event. Live life as normal as possible if the recovery % is so high and kids under 18 deaths are 49 in the whole nation this year! Three times more deaths occurred in kids under 18 who were in cars and yet we keep driving. We need to look at the true big picture and respond appropriately.

I would like to see this implemented for all sport venues even for the elementary aged kids that play on weekends.

The children need us in the gyms. Parents, siblings, grandparents, cousins, and community members are all part of their once in a lifetime journey. Depression and hopelessness are setting in and taking their toll. Mental health matters too! Human life is complex, stop the tunnel vision!

I cannot stress enough how much these kids deserve a supportive presence We can wear masks and easily social distance in a gym. It’s being done safely in many areas.
