I've know Billy as a friend and As the executive director of Concrete Orkidz Foundation where he has played a major role in donating his time and resources. He is an upstanding person and member of society. This is unacceptable

My name is Chief Bea Seng. I am an active duty service member in the United States Army and have proudly served for over 18 years. I have known Billy Sangvone for more than 13 years, and although he is not in the military, I consider him my brother-in-arms. Billy has devoted his life to serving his community and country in meaningful ways outside of uniform. Through his nonprofit work and dedication to helping families achieve the American Dream of homeownership, he has impacted countless lives. He embodies integrity, commitment, and courage—qualities that I hold in the highest regard as a military leader. Everyone has a past, but Billy did not allow his mistake to define him. Instead, he has become a loving husband, devoted father, and respected community leader. Even while I am deployed overseas, he is one of the very few people I trust to watch over my wife and children. That speaks volumes about his character and the trust he has earned. Billy has proven through his actions that he is a man of honor who deserves forgiveness. He has worked tirelessly to uplift others and has not repeated past mistakes. In my eyes, he is decorated not with military medals, but with the accolades of service, trust, and compassion for his community.
