I've known Billy since he was just a young boy. He was always very polite...very nice to everyone I've seen him come in contact with. I know he's that same person from when he was young. I mistake in one's life does not define a person. Time, will tell what a person truly is. And time, has defined Billy as a person of integrity and respect for everyone. Yes...I most definitely will sign this petition.

I haven’t known Billy for long, but from what I’ve seen and continue to see is a family man who does what he can to help, not only his own family, but those around him. He has people’s best interests at heart. I believe every person deserves a second chance.

Billy has been a wonderful father figure to me as a young adult black male growing up without guidance Billy saw that and he always checked on me and looked out for me and cared for me when he never had to. Always looked at me as one of his children and always made sure I was okay no matter the circumstance . Since I’ve met him over 6 years ago he has always been a gentle , forgiving , loving , understanding human . No matter the setting or the situation. Listening to Billy talk to you can tell just by his words and actions he went through alot of change , all he cares about his is grand babies and his family making sure everyone is taken care of . He does countless acts to help strangers he doesn’t even know . Sometimes they say second chances aren’t given they are earned and Mr. Billy has since earned many more then just once second chance , he has shown he is a upstanding member of the community with a real imprint and effect of the citizens living in Columbus Ohio . His actions have shown that his past will not define his future
