We recognize that no one is perfect. Billy may have made mistakes in the past, but he has paid his dues and worked hard to rehabilitate himself. He has demonstrated true reform and is now a positive force in his community. Detaining him under these circumstances contradicts the very values of justice and fairness.

Billy is like an uncle to me, he has been nothing but kind and caring in all the years I have known him. A real family man. He deserves to be with his family. Supporting always!
