​We, the undersigned, respectfully request a Commutation of Sentence for Ameen Elias Alai (Register #24155-509), who is currently serving a 48-month federal sentence for the distribution of Ibogaine.
​Ameen Alai has dedicated his life to the health and performance of the American bodybuilding community. His actions were driven by a belief in the "re-setting" power of Ibogaine to help individuals overcome addictive tendencies—a therapeutic goal that aligns with the current administration’s mission to "Make America Healthy Again."
