Governor Bobby Jindal- It is my hope and prayer that you will sign the application for parole for my only brother, William Edward Ollis, DOC # 101392. Bill has been incarcerated in Angola State Penitentiary for the last 34 years. He is a different man thanks to the LORD JESUS!
