In Montgomery County Public Schools the elementary school group is starting PARCC testing. During the 10 day testing the elementary school students are not assigned any homework. This is limited to the age group to avoid any additional stress so the performance level is higher, the lack of logical thought that was put into this is disturbing. The higher grade level schools (Middle and HIgh) have more stress over homework then the elementary grade. I push for equality during PARCC testing week, all grade levels should be exempt from homework. This would lighten the workload for all students so the state could get an accurate representation of the learning in the schools. Thank You.
