This is deplorable, and could have been avoided. But we are a continent away, and therefore not responsible ! Not True. We MUST be responsible. We must do for "the least of these" NOW. Because they are humans. And not just pawns in a religious battle for destruction and supremacy. We must stop this now. It is already too late for this little boy, but there are certainly more where he came from as we speak. We Must Act Now.

What did this little boy do wrong why was he and his family not given the chance to go to a new country..
He was too young to die along whith his brother and mom. May they now RIP.

Such a waste of life. So sad. We need to let these people find a better life...it is such a failure of humanity when so many are so desperate that they risk their lives (and their children's lives) to escape.

Syrian refugees deserve a decent new beginning. Their children deserve to play in a safe environment without fear. Canada is the safe haven for them. Allow them to live, allow them to be educated the right way, allow them to build this country hand by hand with the rest of us. Give those children a brighter future away from dictatorship and radicalism. They have no value in Syria, they are just breathing numbers, allow them to feel their humanity again and we promise as Syrians to help you raise a good generation of bright kids and help the young men and women build their future and serves this land as it deserves.
Thank you Canada for I can express myself and my fears regarding my people in Syria and their miseries.
